New: In-Law Suite
We just finished turning this unused space into a cozy and functional in-law suite! From the design and permits to the construction and style choices, we took care of everything from start to finish.
A separate entrance is necessary to allow for privacy. We had to build out the space a bit and add a stoop.
Repurposing our clients’ vintage look fridge, but also making sure there is enough room for a standard size in the future.
We added French doors that open up to the backyard, bringing in plenty of natural light and giving the studio a more relaxed vibe.
Utilizing small fixtures, we were able to squeeze in a cosy bathroom with some natural light.
